陈星，1964年出生，毕业于上海高等酒店管理专业学校，籍贯河北省石家庄市人。从事酒店服务行业三十余年，现任香港皇冠星雅酒店管理有限公司江西省分公司（江西省星雅酒店管理有限公司）总经理（法人代表）、江西省贵溪市骏安国际大酒店（五星）总经理。
Chen Xing, born in 1964, graduated from the Shanghai Higher Hotel Management Vocational School, a native of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. He has been engaged in the industry of hotel service for more than thirty years, now is the general manager (legal representative) of Jiangxi Branch of Hong Kong Huangguanxingya Hotel Management Co., Ltd. (Xingya Hotel Management Co., Ltd. of Jiangxi Province), general manager of JunAn International Hotel (Five Star )of Guixi City of Jiangxi Province.
1980年参加工作（江西省南昌市赣江宾馆）四星，从事餐饮厨房学徒。
He started his work in a four-star hotel (Ganjiang Hotel of Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province) in 1980, as an apprentice in the kitchen for catering.
1988年停薪留职离开赣江宾馆到江西各大酒店工作，从1988年至1995之间，在江西省各大酒店担任过主厨、厨师长、行政总厨、出品总监、餐饮总监等职务。
He left the Ganjiang Hotel in 1988, and started to work in several major hotels of Jiangxi； From 1988 to 1995, he has served as the chef, chief cook, executive chef, production director, food and beverage director and other duties in the major hotels of Jiangxi Province.
1996年在景德镇市合资宾馆（三星）担任出品总监、餐饮总监。
He held the post of the production director, food and beverage director in a joint venture hotel (Three-Star) of Jingdezhen City in 1996.
1999年至2002年在景德镇市福得堡大酒店（餐饮钻石五星），担任执行总经理。
From 1999 to 2002, he took the post of executive general manager in Fudebao Hotel (Five-Star Diamond Restaurant) of Jingdezhen City.
2003年至2005年在景德镇市开门子大酒店（四星）担任副总经理。
From 2003 to 2005, in Kai Men Zi Grand Hotel (Four-Star) of Jingdezhen City, he took the post of vice general manager.
2005年12月至2006年8月在樟树市富豪大酒店（四星）担任总经理。
From December 2005 to August 2006, he served as the general manager of Regal Hotel (Four-Star) of Zhangshu City.
2006年9月至2008年5月在北京江西大厦（五星）担任总经理。
From September 2006 to May 2008, he was the general manager of Beijing Jiangxi Grand Hotel (Five-Star).
2008年8月至2009年4月担任江西南昌东方豪景花园大酒店（五星）担任总经理。
From August 2008 to April 2009, he served as the general manager of Jiangxi Nanchang Oriscene Garden Hotel (Five- Star).
2009年5月至2010年5月担任江西南昌红牛餐饮有限公司集团总经理。
From May 2009 to May 2010, he served as the general manager of Jiangxi Nanchang Red Bull Catering Co., Ltd. Group.
2010年6月至今担任江西贵溪市骏安国际大酒店（五星）总经理。
